From pre-conception all the way through to the menopause, Birthlight practices are inclusive of all women, promoting healing and self-care on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

I am a certified Birthlight Yoga teacher in Perinatal and Postnatal Yoga. I have over 15 years of experience in teaching the Birthlight method to ladies before and after birth. I cherish the opportunity to work with women in this powerful and creative time of their life, and strive to strengthen their faith in themselves to face the challenges and savor the joys of the transformation to motherhood.
