As compensation, Wohnbedarf sent me a high-quality gift.As the process progressed, the employees organized it so that I could pick up the ordered goods directly from the manufacturer, saving me a three-hour drive to pick them up myself.In the end, a good service, which unfortunately got off to a bad start due to a coincidence of unfortunate circumstances.-------------------------------------On November 15th, 2023 I ordered a USM Kitos M table from a so-called Christmas promotion. In the online shop, discounts of 3% for advance payment and 5% for self-collection were promised. Before I placed my order, I confirmed by phone that these discounts also apply to items from the Christmas campaign and can be accumulated. When ordering online, I ticked the appropriate boxes. Unfortunately the bill was then charged for the full amount. When I asked over the phone, I was told that there would be no further discounts for this promotion. This is misleading in two ways:1. In the end, reality does not correspond to the advance telephone information.2. If it is possible to select discounts in the webshop, these must also be granted.I don't want to get involved in a legal dispute for an amount of CHF 188. Vor allem Bastelmaterialien, Geschenkpapier, saisonale Dekorationen und so weiter.Früher war es besonders für jüngere Kinder zu schwierig, durch die Gassen zu laufen, da die Gassen zu eng waren.Das Gute daran ist, dass es im Inneren einen Aufzug gibt, sodass es mit einem Kinderwagen und für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich ist. Aber auch hier: Wenn Sie das Modell in voller Größe verwenden, könnte es schwierig sein, durch die Kurven zu kommen.Ansonsten habe ich keine Beschwerden. Es gibt so viele schöne und nützliche Dinge, die man nur schwer zurücklassen kann.
