Our spacious villa and beautiful playground at Freiestrasse 175 in Zurich allows educational play both indoors and outdoors. Children First is an oasis for young learners.


Since 2006 Children First has been providing quality early years education in Zurich. We provide complete packages of care for international working parents and specialise in teaching languages to young children through play and a structured programme of activities throughout the day.


With us, children acquire fundamental life skills, as well as a solid academic foundation. The Children First Montessori-inspired methodology supports practical skills development and promotes creativity, problem-solving, care of the environment and sociable learning.

We feel privileged to be one of the first places outside the home where children make friends and begin their education; our multi-age groups are structured like a big family, in which each child is encouraged to enhance their individual personality, while learning to interact with others.

Children First is open year round. 7am to 7pm is bookable Monday-Friday. We close in the Summer and at Christmas.
