The move went very smoothly and the movers were true professional; everything perfect.
All went well as far as moving can go, team was experienced. Planning was fine, except I was never told 2 trucks were involved and that could have been better planned. More protection to upholstery could also have done well.
Yesterday I was expecting a 5-star service from Crown and that is not what I got. I got atleast a 7-star service! Rey and the team were absolutely faultless. From the moment of arrival to departure they were exceptional. They worked tirelessly, very quietly ( apart from the packing tape), and left my apartment cleaner than when they arrived! The teamwork was great to watch and I really appreciated the fact that despite the initial walk around they still came and queried certain items , just to make sure. They learnt a new skill of dismantling a treadmill in a very awkward room and took the challenge on with vigor. What a perfect service for something so stressful! I hope the team get the recognition they deserve.
I usually don’t write reviews unless i have had an exceptional experience. Moving is never easy and we moved internationally - from Dubai to the US . I contacted Crown and 2 other relocation companies . They sent somebody to do a survey and he explained us everything in detail . He was very professional and courteous and answered all our questions . From there on , it was smooth sailing . Me. Rehan Qureshi was managing the process from there on and he went above and beyond to help us . There were some changes along the way in terms of things that needed to be packed .. we ended up going with more stuff than we anticipated.. he was very accommodating and really went out of his way to make it completely hassle free . It was very easy to comunicate with him and he gave me really good advice which helped me save a lot of money . He was very involved in the process and the whole process was a breeze ! I highly recommend Crown relocations as they are very thorough in their work , have great staff and use quality materials.
