Born out of a need for good coffee in Zurich, miró was founded in 2013. Speciality coffee was still in its infancy. We decided to take a chance and try our luck with a start-up.

Instead of investing the little money we had in a car or shares, we bought a 5 kg Probat roaster, a LaMarzocco Linea and some great green coffees from the best producers out there.
